I told the "personnel manager" at the time that I would be writing a review of your (terrible) service in your BHW sales thread and they didn't seem bothered. In fact, if I remember correctly, they more or less told me "Tough titties your money is ours now" when i showed them proof no ranking gains or downloads were visible on my analytics.
offered to walk through them live so they could show me where the installs were showing up - instead, you decided to gaslight me so i posted my honest review of your services here as well

for anyone reading this, I have ten years of experience in ASO/SEO and these guys are useless until they prove they are not
Thank you once again for your feedback - we truly appreciate that you took the time to share it.
We want to clarify that in more than 10 years of our work, we have never operated in a way where funds were taken but installs were not delivered. This is simply not possible within our system and does not align with our standards. All orders on our platform are processed automatically and are directly connected to our delivery system, which ensures that you always see accurate, real-time statistics and progress.
We reviewed your case on the platform and checked the full promotion history.
Regarding the US promotion: the keyword you selected has very high popularity, and your starting position was 4. For keyword promotion, it’s important to consider organic volume, but the number of installs should not be based on organic traffic alone - the difficulty and competitiveness of the keyword matter much more. In this situation, we clearly see that the volume used was not enough to achieve growth for such a strong keyword. Higher volumes would have been required if the goal was not just to maintain the position, but to move into the top 3.
For Japan, the results were truly well given the daily install numbers. Two out of three keywords reached the top 5, and the third one also increased in ranking. This shows that the chosen volumes were sufficient for this region and these keywords.
At the same time, the US - being the most competitive market - naturally required higher volumes. This is not an excuse, but simply the objective reality of keyword promotion mechanics. We also understand that your app may not have had high organic traffic, so for the US it might have been better to consider promoting easier keywords if you did not plan to use larger volumes. Volumes are always selected based on the keyword’s popularity and competitiveness, not on organic traffic.
As for install display: our manager explained where and how to check the installs, as each service has its own specifics. From our side, our priority is always to deliver installs that provide positive results - as they did for your Japan campaign.
We also want to note that we have never ignored any messages. We are always open to communication, and this is exactly why we recommend staying in touch with your manager and following the suggested strategy. We constantly monitor store behavior across geos and can advise when certain keywords require different approaches.
Thank you again for your feedback - it helps us grow as well. We will certainly take it into account and continue improving the clarity of our guidance and explanations. And of course, we remain fully open to communication: if you ever have questions or feel that results are not as expected, our support team and managers are always here to help and review the case together with you.
