Black Hat SEO has a lot of slang and technical terms,so feeling confused in the beginning is totally normal.

Getting into SEO is all but easy. Just dont relly fully on official guides and tutorial. If you want to succeed in SEO, you need alot of experience that will lead you to accept that succesfull SEO is 50% whitehat and other 50% are shady things that put you ahead of competition.
