Hey everyone, this is my first post here

Right now I'm working with as an aff for an OF model providing subs, I'm driving traffic from Reddit. However, I'm trying out driving traffic from TT as well

I'm looking to target the US audience with my account, so I'm pretty much it following this guide to do the whole process (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/guide-how-to-do-faceless-tiktok-from-any-country.1768974/)

In day 1, I plugged the proxy, created the account and scrolled for around 10m

Then, today, (day 2) I did the same but as soon as I opened up the TT app, it asked me for log in again

I did so, then I sent me a code to the email I used to created the account, I entered it and it allowed me to keep using the account

But, here it's the problem:

I created the account from the country I'm based in (Colombia), using U.S mobile proxy and U.S deviced set up

So today I decided to look up the settings, and I noticed TT find out I'm in Colombia

And I was wondering: would this fuck up my objective of reaching out U.S?

Thanks in advance!

Do you have gps enabled? I'd also check if there are any DNS leaks from your proxy that you are using.

It seems you created the account first in Colombia before switching to the USA
You just need create another account then

GPS totally off, and there isn't any leak. Only thing is that the gmail account I'm using in that device has been verified with a colombian phone number, so idk if that affects something

I did everything in order to the account to be recognized as an U.S account, but i guess I gotta create other one. Thanks broda

Start fresh, create the account in US with all the necessary config. Don't login from your colombia ip.

Yes, it's likely cooked. TikTok detected the proxy mismatch and your Colombian IP at login, flagging the account. It will now struggle to get consistent US reach. Start over with a cleaner setup, ensuring the initial account creation IP matches your proxy's location.

hm yes, it can mess up U.S targeting. tiktok uses device and IP location together, so both need to appear U.S based for consistent reach.

You might still get some U.S. traffic, but tiktoks algorithm heavily weighs consistent device and IP location. Mixing countries can limit how well your content reaches the intended audience.

Thanks everyone, appreciate the responses. I'm re starting the whole set up again then

The algorithm definitely picks up on location inconsistencies, so results could be unpredictable.
Using a setup that fully mimics a u.s device and network usually gives the best chance for reaching that audience.

Is your GPS on? And make sure your proxy isn’t leaking DNS—worth double-checking.
