The service does work, but there are recurring issues with downtime. Unfortunately, there are no notifications or alerts when this happens (this is the worst part), and each time I had to contact support to get the IP changed.

Over the course of a year, I reached out 9 times, and the only resolution provided was changing the server IP. If consistent uptime is important to you, this may not be the most reliable option.


Advice to service provider: Consider implementing proactive monitoring and automatic alerts to notify customers when downtime occurs.

Hi. You see, as i didn't find a single complaint about dmca takedown, i think you really 100% ignore all, compared to some partly dmca ignoring hostings. That is great for sure. But also got me wondering if i get a vps, what is the chance of taking a blacklisted or dirty ip

Experiencing a critical issue with our server hosted with Virtual Line. The cPanel/WHM license has expired, making the server (IP: 2402:8100:2af7:b2cf:2d07:db55:da39:9302) unmanageable.
Despite contacting support, there has been no resolution or clear communication.

This is severely impacting our services.

Still there is no update. Its been more than 15 hours.

We do not want to work with a customer who immediately posts every issue here. We will give you a full refund immediately and cancel the service within 3 days, please take your backups and find another provider that accepts your business. I am saying this directly through BHW, just as you did.

We have the right to choose our customers, and we no longer wish to work with you. We are refunding your last invoice in full.

The reason we don't want to work with you is not because of the abuse/DMCA notices you've received. It's your attitude. Having a client like this in our portfolio affects our motivation, and we are free to determine our own client portfolio.
