My server seems to be down for at least 30 mins now, neither I am able to login via ssh. Anyone else facing the same issue? Support is taking time to reply.
It's completely frustrating that Virtualine is considered a serious company, yet they leave your project offline for an hour and their support team doesn't respond.
I am fine with it being down for an hour, but at least if there is an upgrade then inform prior about the downtime or if its a realtime outage then at least make an announcement / public post informing the same.
@Secury, you've seen these concerns.
Would you please address them.
Same problem, and no one in customer service bothers to respond.
The dedicated server is not down, but the web hosting server is.
It's frustrating that support isn’t checking it.
Please look into this as soon as possible.
I think they took the bullet.
My main business hours start in 4hrs , I hope they get it up by then.
Connection Status is showing "Disconnected "
My business hours started.
Please look into this as soon as possible.
This seems unrealistic and a shallow answer to me.
No estimated time to solve the problem.
I agree.
This needs to be resolved quickly, but they aren’t giving any clear estimated time.
They should provide an ETA so I can properly respond to the situation.
The service came back online for 5 minutes and then went down again; it's been an hour and it hasn't come back.
In total, the service has been offline for more than 4 hours.
Today has been a difficult day.
No timeframe, no backup connection as promised.
For me, they've completely lost credibility.

We are pleased to inform you that today’s incident has been fully resolved.
As we mentioned during the outage, this was strictly a technical issue. Many of our customers and partners reached out to understand whether the disruption was legal-related, this situation has compelled us to make this statement.
To make this absolutely clear; Virtualine is not engaged in anything illegal. We are a hosting company operating for nearly five years, supporting freedom of expression and providing infrastructure - not a criminal or malicious entity.

Virtualine operates outside EU, US, and CIS jurisdictions, and all of our servers follow the same operational model.
We understand the concern:
“How could a minor physical issue cause hours of downtime for a large infrastructure like Virtualine?”
The answer is simple:
- The last outage of this scale happened in March.
- For the past 9 months, we have not had a single minor interruption.
- Today’s issue was due to a damaged physical cable causing the connection to drop almost every minute.
- Unlike standardized European data centers, we operate our own infrastructure/datacenter, which gives us flexibility but also means physical, on-site issues take more time to resolve.
Following the March incident, we implemented a major upgrade that resolved all software and internal technical matters.
This outage, too, has taught us valuable lessons, and we will be strengthening our physical-layer redundancies accordingly.
A final note
Virtualine is a lawful, transparent, and long-standing company; don't bother yourself with legal concerns. And when it comes to technical issues - whether through one method or another - we solve them. Every time.
Thank you for your patience, trust, and continued support.
