Hi,

I've recently managed to get my most profitable accounts banned from AdWords.
I'm definitely considering buying already activated adwords accounts, in order to get back to business.
I would like to know if this actually work: Doesn't changing CC, email and IP triggers an account review or suspension?

Is there anything i need to know in order to deal with such accounts? I wouldn't like to get those banned right on the beginning.

I am a bit confused by your first post. Are you selling a Verified PayPal with eBay account for $20, or does that cost $40? Are these accounts aged or do you make them upon request? Also, do I need to use a proxy from a certain area if I am going to use these accounts?
