Hey everyone, just wanted to share my journey with YTA AUTOMATION + FACELESS CHANNELS so far…
I got into YouTube Automation around mid-2025, but honestly, my journey with YouTube started way before that.
When I was younger, I created my first Minecraft channel. I uploaded videos, failed, tried again.
Then I created another channel in a completely different niche... and failed again.
But those failures were gold. Each attempt taught me something new, video editing, thumbnail design, scriptwriting, copywriting, product creation… basically all the essential skills anyone needs to actually make money online.
I monetized my first channel back in 2019. I earned almost nothing, until YouTube Shorts came along. That’s when I started making real money for the first time.
Right now, I manage 5 active channels. My long-term goal is to scale up to around 20 channels, each making roughly $1K per month, that would give me a strong, diversified income from YTA.
Let’s just say I operate in a somewhat unconventional way, managing multiple projects through partnerships and shared revenue models. Each channel runs independently, and I get a percentage of the AdSense income.
Out of those 5 channels, 3 are Shorts channels and 2 are long-form. Shorts currently make me the most money.
One key thing I’ve learned: don’t waste time trying to monetize a single channel from scratch. I always look for the fastest route to monetization, then pivot the channel once it’s making money.
Right now, I’m sitting around $1K/month, but my target is $20K/month.
My plan is to use the Shorts channels as a cash engine to fund more scalable projects in the future.
Some of my channels revenue:
I’ve already gone through some rough patches, channel terminations, YPP suspensions, but managed to recover everything. Now, I want to avoid those risks completely.
That’s why I’m planning to dive deeper into topics like multilogin, proxies, and account contingencies. The problem is, I’ve never seen anyone teaching these methods specifically for YouTube automation.
Since most people use a single AdSense for multiple channels, that’s a potential risk for mass bans and I want to be prepared.
I also have an evergreen channel making about $10/month. (Not much yet, but I’ve only uploaded around 200 videos these types of channels usually start performing well after 1K+ uploads.)
If anyone here is also working with high-throughput evergreen content or contingency for yt, I’d love to exchange ideas on how to scale production and boost revenue.
