Has anyone tried sending this type of traffic to a generic niche squeeze page offering, say, a weight loss freebie to see if people join the list.

Then just email marketing products to them with some pre written autoresponders?

You have to think that at least half the people who see the page will be needing to lose weight. It doesnt take a large percentage to slowly build a list up?

Curious if anyone has tried it? Would you say if it was worth the effort?

Traffic is mixed category, so certain % might be interested in weight loss, some will be interested in making money online, some just want to read the content etc.
