I post YouTube Shorts daily and typically get between 1,000 and 3,000 views per video. However, I’m struggling to get any CPA offer conversions. Right now, I can only mention my website in the videos themselves, since I don’t yet have the ability to post clickable links in descriptions or comments until my account gains more credibility. What should I do?

Why not create a longer video not short where you can add the link in the description and use short videos to get peoples attention

The problem is I post them but I get no views on them. Currently I have only 13 subscribers. I know having more would give my longer videos initial boost if my subscribers watched them

I’d say focus on building trust first — try adding more value in your content and make your website mention feel natural. Also, use your bio or pinned comment once it’s unlocked, and maybe tease a strong reason to visit your site in the video itself. Conversions will come once your audience starts trusting you.

That’s a tough spot, but you’re on the right track by staying consistent. You could try adding stronger calls to action in your videos or use short memorable URLs so people can easily visit your site. Maybe also test different video hooks to see what grabs more engaged viewers.

focus on clear calls to action, engaging thumbnails, relevant hashtags, and cross-promote your content on other platforms

I don't think CPA is the best for yt shorts. You just try get monetized for views on yt and scale

Use your short videos to bring them to the longer videos
And don't give up
Also
Treat it beyound the cpa model you have in mind
If a brand should approach you based on what you have now..would they take you serious..that's the proper thought line
