I specifically stated: 'vcpu no matter but must have credit $1000'.

This unambiguous request for $1000 in immediate credit contradicts the seller's delivery of a restricted Organization Account with only $100 credit and risks tied to his personal Visa card.

The evidence proves the expected product was a full-value, clean account.

The accused didn't even try to make a payment schedule, didn't even try to make it right, and didn't listen to @SettingSun77 nor myself in our DMs to them.

If you are in a bad spot, if you made a deal that went South, offer some kind of payment plan to make it right. The accused may not accept it, that is their call usually, but an offer at least shows you have proper business skills at some level.

Don't be the person who just tries to skate through this, as the Dispute Resolution team has several smart people (I'm not one of them) and we work as a team.
