How to manage multiple insta accounts ?!

Hi, so i need help with my instagram pages ... usually it was so easy for me to grow accounts but recently it all just become very weird.
MY SETUP
5 different phones
1 phone has 2 accounts
2 phone has 1 account
3 phone has 3 accounts
4 phone has 3 accounts
5 phone has 1 account

so 10 accounts in total.
I got two insta hub accounts with "the link in bio" lets say @link and @lenk
- 5 accounts have the @link in bio
- the other 5 accounts have @lenk in bio

each phone has a different sim card

now heres the weird thing :
every account says it gets on explore and everything on my account is green but all likes on my post just freeze at a certain number.

one acc never goes bigger then 50 likes, another 150, another 100 and some have thousands of followers but still never make it past 300 likes.

What am i doing wrong here ? Im posting original content and theres other creators who do the EXACT SAME ( many accs with @ in bio rather direct link who repost their own content ) and they get no restriction and grow super fast.

I usually got 1-2k likes and 100-300 followers per post ! so it cant be my content.

Do i need to use proxies? should i get one phone for EACH account ? is my setup bad ? i really need some advice here ...

1st to confirm that your accounts have shadow ban or not. Just post a post on your accounts with an almost never used/new hashtag. Now go to that hashtag page, and see if your account's pages are being visible there or not? If not, then you have a shadow ban. If they show up there, then there is no shadowban from the Instagram side. You'll need to look at other things.

You may want to add 1 account per phone since if you add 2 and 1 of them gets an issue, it may trigger a flag in the other one. We have agencies that have said that with multiple devices so I am just letting you know.

Using normal proxies can make the task riskier. I prefer mobile proxies, but since you mentioned you're using a SIM card, I'd advise you to ensure you use one account per device.

It sounds like a classic case of Instagram tightening engagement distribution rather than an account setup issue. Lately, I’ve noticed that even with clean setups, certain activity patterns (same bio links, similar posting times, or overlapping IP behavior) can quietly limit reach. Sounds like you have many phones for no reason. Why not have them all on the same phone and just change the device id, serial, mac address, ect and have a proxy running on each one

So if you suspect this setup is affecting your engagement, try using proxies. For now, assign one proxy per phone and post for a while to see if it helps. Loolks like you are doing the typical OF/Fanvue mother child methods..... Try expanding beyond just Instagram... use backlinks from Tumblr, Reddit, X, etc. That will boost engagement on your posts, which then helps your new uploads perform better. Also, run direct Instagram post ads in the beginning until you’ve built up enough followers who engage on their own... The faster your posts get likes and comments, the more Instagram will push your content.

IG is likely soft-limiting your accounts. Even with different SIMs, running many pages on the same devices + same link pattern can trigger trust issues. Try spreading actions out, changing link setups, and giving the accounts a few days to cool down. It usually fixes itself once trust resets.
