Is offshore web hosting treated differently to the shared/economic/unlimited hosting in terms of abuse reports? I asked because of the description underneath offshore hosting on the website menu
 
Got the offshore package, and it’s been great so far, can’t complain.
 
I have bought a server + cpanel with this provider few days ago @$160 per month cost. Invoice #PAID - 25994.

We were using leaseweb earlier and due to DMCA issues we have decided to move it on their service. Unfortunately service is not working good and support is not good at all. We have the website in Laravel coded and we have issues with server. When contacting the support he says it is an unmanaged server and he can't do anything as he gave server and cpanel what else we need?

This is really worst support I have seen ever. He is not ready to listen to anything and now I just checked our website is down. Timeout error is coming which means there are serious issues in hosting. I will report back if this service solve my issue.

What is the cheapest option for windows used for zennoposter working on 2-3 streams?
