To get a CMS you have to follow YouTube's rules and it takes time!.

You could have all these things. Or you could have inside relationship with some YouTube employees who can help you. It's YouTube corporate fraud, I know guys who got access to 3 accounts using forged documents.

They didn't have all that staff people talking about. They have non exclusive rights for about 30-50 videos only. They opened shell company and used forged documents to claim ownership for thousands of videos and YouTube accepted it and gave them 3 CMS accounts. 2 pf them they got just in 1 year term.

YouTube is corrupt you cannot even imagine how dirty they are.
