Hello everyone at BHW!, I hope everyone is well! Well, I have some questions and if anyone knows, or has something to say, please feel free to share it here with the entire community!.

Let's get straight to the point!.
I have some questions about how to get access, or how to get YouTube approval for this system.

Well, my questions are very simple, I've read on the YouTube support help forums, I have a whole train of thought in my head about what a CMS would be like!.
My question is: suppose I have about +5 million valid takedown requests on YouTube, following the rules and other rules and use of YouTube/Google, let's suppose I apply and get approved, Will YouTube release a CMS panel for me? If so, what documents are required, such as registration licenses, copyright licenses, or many other things? (I saw some people saying that this is quite bureaucratic).

Let's say I have a channel with 100% original videos, songs, independent short films, music videos, lectures, etc., all recorded!, let's assume this channel has +5 million requests processed by YouTube, using the removal web form, let's say my videos are 100% original and created by me, let's assume that everything is 100% original, without any kind of violation of the terms or guidelines of the platform, So, what are the chances of signing up and getting a YouTube CMS panel?

Another question, if approved, I will have to send documents, right? Does anyone know what they are?, Furthermore, once approved, will Google itself create an email/password, i.e. login details, for me to manage through the CMS?
Will I have access to the Content ID tool? Could I register original songs and videos? Poems, lyrics, songs, etc.? Melodies?

I have these questions, well I hope someone here in the community has some answers. Maybe someone already has experience with this!
I'm completely in love with this!.
I believe that I will soon be able to get a good panel due to my knowledge so far!.

YouTube CMS access is only given to verified rights holders with strong legal proof and original content. Millions of takedown requests help, but aren’t enough alone. You’ll need business licenses and copyright documents. If approved, YouTube provides login details and Content ID access to manage your content. It’s a strict, paperwork-heavy process.

From what I know. Youtube CMS access usually requuires a lot of original content and proper copyright documentation. It's best to apply through their official support and follow their guidelines closely.

Oh yes, I intend to have at least 10,000 original videos, this includes licensed content, short films, music videos, music, all my videos will be copyright free, Furthermore, I intend to obtain a certificate for each of these videos, and music registration documents such as UPC, ISRC, poems, original sound recordings, songs from artists who have partnered with me, and other distributors too!
I'll focus on this for a while, maybe if I can get a good copyright management job, I can open countless doors for countless people and artists!.
All this for a greater good!, by the way, thank you my dear friend, for your opinion and collaboration :)

Good details, thanks for sharing! I will gather several original videos, proof, and copyright registration certificates, so that when I apply I have a 50% chance of being accepted!.

Appreciate the kind words! Take your time, but keep pushing original content takes a bit to click, then it flows naturally. You'll get there sooner than you think.

First observation, this says more about you than me!.
Second observation, do you have a CMS? Would you sell yours? Even if the answer is yes, it doesn't matter, I have no interest in getting a CMS in a sold form, I believe that every effort is worth it, and what's more, I believe in the principles of effort and achievement! In other words, everything we do is the person's own merit, if they make an effort! This brings me to one more observation, if I just simply buy something that I don't know how to handle properly it would be quite annoying, now if I deal with removals for some time, I will have good experience in this, more than I already have! Well, I wouldn't buy a CMS, I like to follow the platform's rules and regulations, and when I finally have a CMS, I'll do the same, I will never sell, but rather help creators, linking channels to mcn, Well, I hope that in the future I can help countless creators, who have the potential for success! I believe everyone deserves a first chance!.
Well, that's it, anyway, it's your opinion, and that doesn't change, anyway, I appreciate your collaboration and opinion on this topic, bro! :')

To save your time, it's better you buy it from someone. Going through all these processes could be stressful.
 
YouTube CMS is usually given to networks, labels, or large partners. Even with original content, they’ll want proof like licenses, company registration, and a track record.

Hey, CMS is for businesses managing large catalogs, not individual creators. Takedowns alone won’t get you in. You need to prove ownership, be legally registered, and show scale. If approved, yes, you’ll get Content ID. It’s a tough, selective process. Start with a distributor if you're solo.

To be approved, you'll need to provide proof of ownership (license, business registration) and have a significant history of content takedown requests. Once approved, you'll be able to manage your Content ID and register your work. To get started, contact YouTube directly or through a CMS partner.

Looks like you got some reasonable replies for this already. Just wanted to add, do get CMS in the appropriate channels. If someone tries to sell you a service guaranteeing they could get you one for a fee, seriously scrutinise it. Best of luck.
