I’m making an Online Casino, but I have some questions

I don’t have a casino license and don’t intend to get one until I made some money.
I thought about opening a casino without obtaining a license at all. It sounded tempting))

What is your progress here? I am within the casino industry in the marketing field, I can help. DM
Hey I am running a casino myself would love to chat.

I’ve been developing an online casino for a while now, I don’t have a casino license and don’t intend to get one until I made some money.

Therefore I had to develop the games from scratch by myself, I developed 2 popular games, Crash and Mines. I tested it throughly and made sure there is no way to exploit it.

But now I have some questions. I’m thinking of what kind of casino I should make this.

Should it be a crypto casino or maybe something niche like a CSGO/CS2 casino or even Roblox casino where people can bet with Roblox items that can then be sold for real money.

I think crypto casinos are too over saturated and my small casino with just 2 games wouldn’t attract many users.

I’ve been thinking a lot about making it a Roblox casino, since the competition is not as big but the player base is very decent, and recently 2 large Roblox casinos shut down.
Crypto casinos are hard as fuck to grow quickly most people in the space have huge spend budgets and its all about marketing. If you can build a simple coinflip and crash game and make it beautiful easy to use I think people would play it but marketing is everything.

Have crypto as payment option but do not limit it as only option. Because you will limit the players that way.

There is fiat payment method for unlicensed casinos, a lot of high risk payment method accept this industry, I offer white label of casinos for my clients who are starting their casinos from scratch and almost all them don’t have license so it is not a big issue if you know how and where to do

Crypto casinos are not as saturated as normal casinos. You might be friendly with some specific crypto coins that are commonly used.

I have also the same problem.
I have developed 1000+ slot games, but I don't know how to make money with these games.

for roblox now you can make +18 games you just need to put the filter thats its +18 otherwise roblox will shut down your game fully

I’m developing something along the lines of Orion Stars / Fire Kirin too, and I completely relate to the licensing challenges mentioned here.
Has anyone tried operating under a sweepstakes model instead of a direct gambling setup? Wondering if that could be a middle ground before full licensing.

Not sure with robolox.
but csgo is not easy.
Too many big competitors and a lot of scam sites

Have you looked into the top 10 whitelabel casino solutions? I've already demoed them and scoped this model out, you'll need 20K EUR per month in licensing and will rev share approx 30% to vendors/processors.

I see 2 inconvenience the payment especially as not licensed casino will be harder to not get banned fast. Second is the trafffic as many platforms block the ads for casinos....

Dont worry about whether its cryptocurrency, Roblox, CS2, or something else. It doesn't matter. Think about whether it can be scaled. Like, when I was working on my iGaming project with my team, that's what I was thinking about.

If you want to turn this into a real casino business, don’t waste months rebuilding existing infrastructure. You can go with ready-made “turnkey” casino solutions. I’m not trying to advertise anything, but it’s worth checking out how companies like SOFTSWISS, Slotegrator, NuxGame (we work with them specifically), and others approach this. Even if you don’t end up working with them, you’ll gain a much better understanding of what a modern casino platform actually entails, beyond just the games .

This. Most people, underestimate how much a modern casino platform includes beyond games. Shitty things like payments, CRM, fraud prevention and back office take far looooonger to build than games =) Just my experience
