I again offer to forward every single email between adam and myself and have scanned what I got and will take pics of it whatever the mods desire. I know that aside from a customer always being right this guy is dead wrong for the way he treated me.

Again good desire... made a mistake and then acted like a child being told school started early his year.

From looking at the type of spelling mistakes in the flyer I am even more convinced that ZB approved this flyer and then realised after the fact that some words were wrong. They were slight mistakes, a mised (see what i did there) double letter here and there etc.

I think this matter should just be scraped, ZB has all his business cards and he loves them... and he has all his flyers which he approved PLUS he didnt pay for it all so I think he comes out on top here. IQ loses money but thats customer service in his game the customer is always right but having ALL the business cards and flyers I dont see how ZB can ask for a FULL refund. That makes no sense.

I dont think IQ is responsible for the spelling in the text that was provided to him, if he is responsible for the spelling of the clients text where does it end? Is he responsible for grammar too? punctuation? sales style? if so where does the designing stop and content writing begin?

If I get someone to paint my house and put in some windows, then I look over the job,approve it then pay the guy 80% of the funds, then to realise the shade of blue I PROVIDED to the guy is not the shade I thought matched my carpet, I shouldnt be able to ask for a refund for the ENTIRE JOB, windows included. That makes no sense, if the guy is a good business man, he might comp me the 20% owing or give me a discount on a redo but its the buyers responsibility. Same thing as getting a mechanic to check out a used car before you buy it, the owner is not responsible to make sure the ENTIRE car is up to your presumed standard.

If you actually read what I posted yoyuw ill see that Adam got my email and promised to correct the mistakes I found. You will also see if you like to the scan I posted that he sent the wrong draft of the flyer to the printer.

Again everyone who keeps coming in to say "Adam is the best designer bla bla" I agree he does good work but he made a mistake and sent the wrong flyer end of story. Why should I take financial responsibility?

The scan shows 'committed' spelled wrong. How did the printer print the draft if he was given the final copy? Would seem he was given the draft first and then given the final copy. At which point it is still the fault of IQ465 because he is the one ordering from the printer, assuring that what is delivered is what was approved, and offering the service here. It's like a company having to take responsibility for the actions of their employees: what you do with your employee is up to you, but you are still responsibility for the actions they take with your name. Whether that be an apology or make things right, in this case, it falls on you to make things right because zb had a deal with you, not your printer. So you should be more proactive about resolving this with him, not telling him he is SOL because your printer fucked up.

You say he got your money in this thread yet in your sales thread you say he'll never get it. So how is it you are even reporting him for scamming you when you have not even refunded his money? The screenshot clearly shows that the refund is pending, not followed through. You clearly state and he clearly states that you have no money in the account to fund his refund so what is clear in all this mess is this:

1. He has not gotten the funds. You still were paid and have not delivered on what you were paid.
2. Your printer may have fucked up, but it is still your responsibility to make it right. It is not zb's fault that you did not assure the process was handled properly. I know when I send in wrong this and thats to my freelancers, I make sure that I spam the hell out of them just to make sure I get their attention to the 'correct' version or w/e is I am sending them.

I think it's clear zb got screwed. And everyone saying iq is a great designer is all well and good; that does not detract from the fact that as a businessman, he failed to honor his package.

This is truth right there. Doing a thousand 100% perfect jobs doesn't change the fact that this one had a flaw and I think both sides should have done more to make sure it was perfect.

Shylesson seems to be the one person in all this that gets it.

Diamond Dave doesnt seem to want to read that Adam tells me he will correct the spelling error and make a few more changes an hour after I tell him its looking good.

I think im gonna wind up ebing banned from BHW because I... bought flyers from stealthpromo.. lmao too funny.

Id make a smug comment but I`m really not a bad guy. I genuinely feel bad all this happened. This thing is still haunting me. One of only 6 people who saw one of the 5,000 usesless flyers I got left it on their desk and a coworker who doesnt like me (beacuse he supports the other candidate) started trash talking about me on our city bulletin board. How I am a moron because I can not proof read..

Also after speaking to around 3 mods who told me they would remove my personal information from the thread. None of them did..at least as of yesterday.

Ok lets recap:

ZB has cards he approved to print in hand.
He has not paid for the design services ($90)
He has attempted to print said designs which he did not pay for with my printer.
ZB approved the cards that were printed.

If you need me to post a bunch of emails here, let me know. I can post all the harrassment and crap this guy is spewing.

Seriously I can't believe hes not banned. I've never screwed a single person on BHW.
A refund when he has the product i designed for him and paid for out of pocket (now lost money) is ridiculous just because he wants to make a bunch of noise.

the fact is he didn't approved the cards... + You did a spelling error. I'm on ZB side on that one.

P-S I don't understand why nothing is done on BHW to fix this. The facts are there. Shylesson, Anderson, Me and other people clearly read that ZB got screwed because Iq465 ( 3 negative Itrader comment ) didn't do the correction. YES, he's maybe a good designer, but he's the one in fault on that one.

Where did he write that? What is he saying I did not pay for? I ordered 5,000 cards and 5,000 flyers from him on his site. If now all of the sudden there is some mysterious $90.00 charge for designs its news to me. When and where did I agree to pay $90.00 for designs on top of what I was paying for the merchandise I ordered.

The flyers I got had errors in them that you did not correct.
The cards I got were supposed to look like the Irish flag but because the Orange came out looking red they now look like the Italian flag.
