I orderd 5,000 Business cards styled after the Irish flag on 7-14 and on 8-3 I finally after several emails got 5,000 business cards that looked like the Italian flag.

I ordered 5,000 flyers on 7-19(or 18?) and Adam,I am sure not on purpose,sent the printer the wrong proof. He sent him a rough draft that I made several revisions and caught spelling errors in. I now have a box of 5,000 flyers with misspellings that I can not use.

I want to say that Adam is a pro designer he just sucks at business. This entire process has been time consuming and he has continually did not respond to emails and made excuses as to why his design was taking so long (I got the design the 29th I believe after filing a paypal dispute). If you were to read through his sales thread you will see this is his standard M.O. and there is a post from me over a month ago where I state I might not order because other people complained about his time to fulfill projects and him using the excuse that he was traveling.

When I got the flyers on 8-3 and found them to be unusable I communicated this with Adam who did not take it very seriously and told me it was the printers fault and that the printer himself would make good on it. I communicated with the printer who also does business like Adam (takes loads of time returning emails types back in all CAPS basically like dealing with a teenager).

After several emails with Adam's printer Jorge I was informed that he would not be reprinting the flyers he printed what Adam sent him and his duty was done and I should take it up with Adam. He did offer to print them again for another $125.00 No thanks!

Jorge also added I would not be elected because I "look like a molester".

Feeling cheated I posted about my experience in Adam`s sales thread and changed my signature to reflect I felt I was cheated for $140.00 what he charged me for flyers.

When I arrived home from work last night I found that Adam had left me negative feedback regarding my purchase with him and promised I would never get my money back (even though he keeps saying I got it???). He further went on to act childish post my flyers my full name first and last as well as several insults about me in his sales thread.

These are the facts.
1) I ordered 5,000 flyers and 5,000 business card with design this came to $230.00
2) I received 5,000 business cards with a coloring mistake that is frankly hilarious. So I am willing to keep those and use them.
3). I have endless emails I am willing to forward to the mods where Adam admits he messed up making me wait this long and then later when I finally got the flyers 3 weeks after ordering them ...after filing a pay pal dispute which he asks me to cancel... blames it on the printer insisting he sent the printer the right copy. IF the printer got the correct copy why the hell do I have 5,000 flyers with a misspelling and my revisions not made?

4). I have not yet up to this point received any refund. Period. Nothing. Zero Zilch Nada. All I got was a letter from paypal saying my refund was on hold cuz Adam had no money.

5). I so did not want any of this.. I begged him at points to just please do the right thing finish my design and send it to the printer.. REALLY MOD ALL I WANTED WAS MY FLYERS AND CARDS!!!

6). I have offered to ship these flyers anywhere Adam wishes at his or the printers expense and take either a refund or have my flyers reprinted ASAP. As mentioned these are for an election that is 8-31-10 which is why I ordered them 7-19-10so I would have plenty of time to pass them all out. Now I am am down to the wire.. and have flyers I can not use.

Adam has really taken things to the extreme here by posting my full name threatening to post my phone number and address and posting the flyers which contain pictures of me in the thread. LOL I just looked he did post my address. WOW!

All this and I just wanted flyers that I paid for.. 3 weeks ago.

The flyer photo Adam posted in the thread is what I gave final approval on and what I got I posted a link to that I scanned.

What evidence more should I offer?

He has not paid for the design services ($90)
He has attempted to print said designs which he did not pay for with my printer.
ZB approved the cards that were printed.

If you need me to post a bunch of emails here, let me know. I can post all the harrassment and crap this guy is spewing.

A refund when he has the product i designed for him and paid for out of pocket (now lost money) is ridiculous just because he wants to make a bunch of noise.

This thread is a surprise to me. I have worked with Adam (iq465) on several projects and never had any problems. He has done logos and websites for me. He always delivers quickly and does whatever is needed to make sure I am satisfied. It looks like there was an unfortunate error here, but I don't think he needs to be crucified for it. I am sure you can work it out so both parties are happy. Best of luck to you both.

Again if you read through the rest of the emails between Jorge and myself you will see that I went to him after Adam told me it was his fault and he swuarley denies it is because it was Adam who sent him the early draft.

If Adam or Jorge gives me a shipping label I'll send these 5,000 uses error filled flyers anywhere in the world they like and take either a refund or a reprint of what I wanted.
What I ordered

Why should I have to pay for a reprint of what you approved? Second, why would I refund you after i'm still owed money by you? Third, why would i have any reason to mess up your printing? Think about this.....

Do you understand that you sent Jorge an the first draft you sent me before I told you to correct the spelling errors and make some changes? Do you really think I got what I wanted here? I love how he keeps ignoring how long it took to get these to me too.

After 3 weeks. You sent Jorge the rough draft you first sent me and thats what I got. Not the 5,000 flyers I approved.

I do hope you both come to some type of agreement on this.Also, if you ever think the mods jobs are easy, look at all of this stuff, it could be a novel, so thank you to the staff for weeding through all of this stuff to keep the forum the way it is. Just wanted to say that. Anyway, hope both parties can reach a compromise or agree to disagree.

Mr newbie, couldnt agree more. This guy is just copying pasting everything he can. My position on this is clear. since he has his product he approved and has not paid for its entirety, he has no right to a refund.

My position is even more clear. Adam is a good designer who made a mistake and sent a rough draft to his printer and doesn't like that I got angry about it.

First he blamed his printer ow he is blaming me. Did I send the wrong thing to the printer or did Adam? I did not approve what he sent the printer. I did not approve what he sent the printer. ?I did not approve what he sent the printer.

ZB, I forwarded you the same email that went to my printer. You saw he had the correct files. Now you are simply lying, again.

ok IQ lets say you are right and you forwarded the printer that you had a deal with and I did not the proper file. How do you explain that I got 5,000 of the wrong one?


I honestly don't care how I got the 5,000 funked up copies what do we do about it now that I have them?

Is it that you think Jorge sent me the proper ones and im just lying saying he didnt to try to get free flyers? I assure you. I only have the funked ones not the proper ones I approved. That should be easy to prove right?

I don't know the story, but online bickering is nonsense. I have had Adams (iq465)work done for me so many times and although it lags, he always goes WAY above and beyond and does WAY more than I ask and he quotes me for. $100 for a website...and than I ask for something out of the box, something he doesn't know how to do...guess what, he learned how to do it and I am stoked. He may take his time, but he is no scammer
