Refund Policy (summary)
OTP (short-term)
- If no SMS arrives within 10 minutes, you may cancel after 1 minute → automatic balance credit.
- Once a code appears in the dashboard, the order is fulfilled (no refund).
- No refunds for misuse, wrong service, or forbidden targets.
- Cancelable only within the first 20 minutes if no SMS was received → balance credit.
- After 20 minutes, rentals are non-cancelable; refunds are case-by-case via support.
- Auto-renew charges are non-refundable (disable auto-renew before renewal).
- Standard refunds are balance credits (not cash).
- Cash refunds are exceptional, case-by-case, and payment-rail permitting.
- Abuse/ToS violations/forbidden targets void refund eligibility.
- For a review, contact support promptly with your Order ID.
Terms & Acceptable Use - Forbidden: banking/financial verifications and other high-risk/abusive targets.
- Violations may result in account ban and loss of eligibility for refunds.
- Service availability, pricing, and supported services can evolve over time.
