Facebook content monetization from ineligible country

Hi everyone,
I want to start a Facebook page and eventually be invited to the content monetization program. However, because I recently relocated, I currently reside in a country that is likely ineligible for monetization.

I would like advice from the experts here about possible solutions:

1. Add a friend or family member in my home country (an eligible country) as an admin of the page and obtain full control in Meta Business Suite. I will be continue posting content to the page. I’m not sure whether this will make me eligible for an invitation to content monetization — I hope someone can clarify.
2. Use an anti-detect browser and a proxy to fake my physical location. I tried this, but I couldn’t even create a new account — it was banned instantly. If you know what I did wrong, please tell me.

1. I can use this approach if I set up a new page. But I have several pages with good follower numbers, that is set up for other monetisation tools (such as Stars, Subscription), that means I had the Payout, Meta Business account set up back in my home country. Can I instead add my friends/family as the admin in the Meta business account? Does this work?

2. Do you mean if I purchased an aged account, using a proxy from that aged account country, this could work? I wonder if this could work for a long term.

Check your account country bro. Maybe your country is not allowed to turn the monetization
