(HELP) Looking for High paying CPA Offers? £££ (Tier-2 Ad Network Arbitrage).

We tried to sign up for OGads and Zaydoo but had 0 luck. Got rejected by both, couldn't even get a smartlink CPA account. We have access to Facebook Ad accounts but obviously need a creative to run or it's pointless.

Won't don't really care about the offer crypto, adult, anti virus or VPN doesn't matter really just something high paying that can be Scaled. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Most of those shortlink “bots” are just a waste of time — they rarely pay out and usually get flagged fast.
I just stick to real traffic sources. When I use monetization, AdMaven has been way more reliable than any shortlink trick.
