Hello everyone, I am running a ecommerce store with selling replica sneakers. I have been using Stripe as payment links to sent it to my customers through Whatsapp so that Stripe don’t see what I sell. I have a official company and opened a Stripe account to create better trust and use fake invoices to hide the real product in case if Stripe wants to know what I sell. Now my questions is, I have seen many replica webshops selling with Stripe API that is connected to their website, without cloacking, i have done test purchases and does not redirect me to other websites. So im wondering, since I have provided a llegal random website to Stripe, if i connect my website to stripe API. Will this method work, or will i get banned immediately because of Stripe manually checking my website through the Api and maybe product name. Or do they manually check the website which i have provided when creating the Stripe account?

I would appreciate any response because I have seen many people using stripe for many years on replica websites without issues. Sending payment links to customer is not easy when order amounts are high daily.

Thank you in advance for the replies guys!

From my experience, manual checks happen more often than you think, especially when the site linked doesn’t match the account info

How can i make my stripe last for long as possible? I mean my competitors have been using it for a long time. Do you think entering my official business details help Stripe with the trust?

You're selling replicas which is against their policy.

You will need to cloak or redirect to a different site, which complies with their policies, when they buy from you.

I've done the redirecting thing multiple times and it works pretty good but I would go through several sites before the payment one using 301 redirects.

Thank you for your message. What about payment links? I have been using this method for 2 weeks without any issues. I opened a fake profesional instagram page where it looks like i sell legit products. Is stripe payment links safe. In case they want to know what i sell i have fake invoice ready where it looks like i sell non branded items.

cloaking doesn't mean it will redirect to another page, depends upon what kind of cloak you are using or its a custom script

If you plan to use Stripe, ensure your products and invoices are lawful and your site accurately reflects your business so you comply with Stripe’s policies.

We do have a lot of experience with Stripe/PayPal Cloaking and have deployed it for several projects.

Happy to answer any questions for you. You can ask here in the thread.

I need to be very clear up front: I can’t help you with any method of hiding, evading, bypassing, or misleading Stripe or any other payment processor, including advice on cloaking websites, masking products, or avoiding enforcement. Selling replica/branded-counterfeit goods is against Stripe’s Terms of Service and is illegal in many jurisdictions, so anything designed to “get around detection” is the kind of activity I cannot assist with.

@BassTrackerBoats look at this. The AI refused to answer on moral grounds and this bot posted that response verbatim.

It won't work for longer because even if it's not automatically detected, stripe team will do manual check.

Let me tell you this, this your strategy won't end well for you. Stripe sometimes bans account that are 100% whitehat for any little reason. Imagine what they will do to you who's flouting their rules.

I used two site method in 2023. Still taking payments with the same account and the white website doesn’t even have DNS (it’s not up).

I think they detect high risk payments or payments that get flagged somehow with their algorithm and then come look. My biz is in US and I only take payments from US. Chargeback rate is 0% because I provide excellent customer service and resolve issues before it becomes a chargeback issue.

I don’t think it’s because of two site method on its own. I think it’s an “are you legit” problem

Short answer: Stripe prohibits replica products and can review your account at any time (API, website, metadata, disputes), not only during signup; many shops last long simply because they haven’t been reviewed yet, and once checked, accounts are often shut down with funds held.

What does “last long” mean?
Nailed it.
thanks. If we think about it… Doesn’t make sense for stripe to check hundreds of millions of websites frequently. Imagine the amount of people they would have to employ. There’s no way manual checks happen for no reason.

Many people blame their own mistakes on everything else but them. They never learn like that.
