Currently, I manually use my phone to follow 20 users per day on each of several Twitter accounts. These “slave” accounts are used primarily to retweet content from my main account to boost visibility and engagement. However, this process is extremely time-consuming, and the rapid following often triggers frequent CAPTCHA challenges.

I’m looking for a way to fully automate this operation so I can scale up to managing between 100 and 1,000 accounts efficiently. One solution I’m considering is running automation software (like Jarvee) on a VPS that operates 24/7. I believe this setup would let me safely reach 50 follows per day per account without raising red flags.

My main concern is keeping costs as low as possible while maintaining stability and scalability. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you might have—whether it's about tools, techniques, or overall strategy.

Thanks in advance for your time and insights.

There are softwares which can solve this account automation problem for social media

Thanks for your reply!

Do you happen to know any specific software tools that are cost-efficient for this type of social media automation? I’ve looked into a few options, but most of them seem overpriced for what they offer, especially when scaling across multiple accounts.

I’d really appreciate any suggestions that strike a good balance between functionality and affordability.

Thanks again!

To scale this properly (100+ Twitter accounts) without constant CAPTCHA or bans, you’ll need full session isolation: each account must run on a unique, clean IP and fingerprint. Running automation via VPS (Jarvee or alternative) is doable, but datacenter IPs tend to get flagged fast.
The most effective setup?
1 account = 1 mobile proxy + unique fingerprint + gradual warming.
Mobile proxies are your edge here, rotating real ASN IPs that behave like actual mobile users. If you want to keep costs low, build a custom stack (Node/Puppeteer or lightweight bot framework) running on a central server and feed each session through mobile IPs. That way, you can scale safe follow actions while staying undetectable, as long as your behavior mimics real usage.

Short answer is yeah, you can automate that at scale. Won't be cheap though, it's fine if only a few accounts get flagged but a cheap setup risks all the accounts under that umbrella. For a workable setup, you'd want: rotating mobile or residential proxies (depending on the volume of accounts used); warmups and gradual action scaling per account; and centralized automation via VPS or Docker.
Devil's in the details, of course. But yeah, doable with the right setup.

MKT bot is a solution for that

I am planning on doing the same, I wanted to ask how do you make sure accounts give the follow notification? On some of my accounts notis are hidden (spam flag)
The acc are aged 2010-2018 + warm up, the hidden notis happen only to the acc I make private

I brought this bot before and yes it is not worth it , I know it looks good on their website and video but trust me so many functions are missing when you start using it and yes they will not add that functions when you tell them may twitter bot have this same functions as well. I have been there myself

Have you found any better bot for X. The mass follow a bit retarded since u can't choose X list for X account but a bulk of users for all acc and I got to set a limit on how many follows one acc does

Yes and like I said ealier it is a shitty bot.

what's the best twitter (X) automation software?

I'm also looking for the same solution.

If you send me a private message, I can help you with Twitter(x) automation.

There are also some open source projects on GitHub that can do similar automations for you. Basically, ideally you would rotate your proxies and just use something like multi-login.

Go with jarvee/susocial. Same bot but you will need proxies. I use cheap datacentre proxies for X and they don't care. You would need a reasonable VPS with about 10 gig of ram and around 100gig of space.

The proxy bill is gonna kill your margins if you try to get a dedicated line for every account. Honestly, you can stack 5 to 10 accounts on a single high-quality mobile proxy if you're smart about the timing and don't have them all hitting the same targets at once. Also, keep an eye on the shadowbans—if those slave accounts aren't warmed properly, they'll retweet into the void and you'll just be wasting electricity and time.
