Agreed the risk is still there. But to some extent risk is manageable and gives a good profit LOL

previously i was using square now shifted to a cloaked setup


I am using payment processing agency, and yes gateways are using cloaking. Cloaking has nothing to do with VAT or taxes etc

Agreed cloaking setup is the only way to sell IPTV or replica, there is no way you could find a legit processor accepting replica or iptv

Paypal cloaking feels clever till the first cb lands… then funds get iced for months, headache city.

Safer play? Split traffic over 2–3 mids so one account tanking doesn’t kill your cashflow.

Weird trick some IPTV guys use: sell a “media box” or “setup service” on paper so gateways see a cleaner product mix.

For IPTV, you could go with MIDs or cloaking setup or try submitting application with following high risk processors.

Been in the IPTV business for 3 years now. We were using stripe cloaking earlier. It was a pain in the ass because of account suspensions and fund seizures, etc. We've now shifted to a high risk card to crypto processor that gives us instant settlement and the user can pay without a card kyc. Business has been smooth and we've been able to scale well but the high tx fee stings. the one we use is called obliqpay but i am sure you can find many similar ones on the market.

Crypto will kill your conversion. Manual PayPal cloaking works for conversion, but doing it yourself usually triggers a limit within weeks. You need a managed stealth layer to handle the backend risk so you don't burn your own identity. It’s the only stable way to scale past $20k/mo without getting frozen again.

Peerwallet works for IPTV sites. In my experience, this is the only good option but you can try cloaking setups as well.

What happened with Square is pretty standard for IPTV — direct accounts almost always get shut down once volume picks up.
Yes, some IPTV sites do appear to use PayPal or Stripe, but that’s usually not a direct setup. In practice there’s an infrastructure layer in between that handles risk and checkout behavior, so from the customer side it looks like a normal card/PayPal flow while remaining stable at scale.
Fees are higher than normal high-risk gateways, but conversion with card/PayPal is significantly better than crypto, which often makes the setup more profitable overall.

Square is an aggregator—it’s built for coffee shops, not IPTV. At $20k/mo, you’ve officially outgrown it. As most have said:

• PayPal Cloaking: Best for US conversions, but it’s a high-maintenance "cat-and-mouse" game. You’ll need a solid "White" site and clean residential proxies for management.
• The Scalability Fix: Use a Ghost Vault (Independent Tokenization). Storing card data outside the processor means that when an account burns, you don't lose your rebills. You just point the existing tokens to a new MID.

Are you running on WHMCS or a custom-coded backend? This determines how you'll need to bridge the vault.
