Need Help Driving Clicks/Leads From YouTube Shorts (Beauty/Makeup Niche – CPA)

Hi everyone ,
I’m currently working in CPA with a focus on the beauty niche (makeup, skincare, etc.). I’ve built a youtube channel where I upload daily Shorts , right now it has around 24 videos and each Short gets 1k–15k views on average.


The problem I’m facing:

• I promote gift cards and giveaways in this niche.
• I tell viewers to check the link in bio, but I’m not getting any clicks or leads.
• I can’t put clickable links in the pinned comment or video description

I’m looking for advices on how to

• Better promote my landing page (beauty gift cards/giveaways).
• Increase clicks and conversions from youtube shorts traffic.
• Any creative workarounds or platforms you recommend to make the funnel smoother.

Thanks for your reply! I actually thought about that, but the issue is that longer videos don’t get the same views as shorts.

I never tried QR codes before, but I’ll test them in my next Shorts and see if I get results. Thanks for the reply!

Shorts traffic is tricky for CPA because clickable links are limited. Best way is to use a strong CTA in the video itself (overlay text like “link in bio” or “swipe”). Also, optimize your landing page for mobile speed + clarity, since most Shorts viewers are mobile. Consider adding a pre-lander (quiz, poll) to warm up users before the offer. We run traffic/click campaigns for this funnel style too — conversions usually improve when you combine organic with targeted clicks.

Beautycoupons.com, use .net, Co, whatever is cheap and not spammy tld.
Redirect it to the offer or landing page.
2) Create overlay on the top side of the short or watermark saying
Goto Beautycouons.com
3) on the Bottom add the CTA
To get 30% off or use coupon code -30OFF
4) animated your text if you want. Make it wobble etc, use canva to do it
5) you will guarantee get clicks with 1k+ views, I have tested myself.

One problem with shorts is you have to keep adding them. They have short life. After sometime youtube stops showing them. So keep adding regular vids too.

views are less on long videos, but you get paid more per 1000 views on long videos than on short ones
