Is investing in AI projects worth it?

I think that in this bull market alone, we have seen the launch of more AI projects compared to other market conditions. Now the question is, are people interested in investing in these AI projects? What is the fuel behind the continuous launching of AI projects?

Not too long, GATA, formerly Aggregata, was launched and is trading on multiple exchanges already. This is just one of the latest additions to AI projects getting launched recently.
The project is a blockchain-based platform that creates a marketplace for high-quality AI training data, indexing decentralised datasets to provide instant access for AI development, with a focus on advancing superintelligence.

While the idea behind the project looks great, do you consider investing in an AI project worth it, as there will always be another AI project again that might be better than the one you invested in?
What do you guys think?

Better to invest in AI stocks or infrastructure than random altcoins imo.

AI projects are booming because of hype, easy access to tech, and investor FOMO. Investing can pay off, but it’s high risk—many projects will fail or be outcompeted. Due diligence on the team, utility, and roadmap is key before putting money in.

I’ve been investing in AI tokens since late 2024 and through the first half of 2025. I made around 10% profit, but I’m really disappointed with how this sector is developing in the crypto market. AI stocks are giving much better returns. Crypto is slowly dying—aside from the big assets, there’s nothing really interesting left.

Its depend how the AI project idea, and the team in the project. Then you check the team background. That way you can decide its worth or not to invest

Yeah. This is key. With the token trading on Bitget, I will be keeping a close eye on it.

GATA has good narratives so to say and has proven itself given the price trend at the moment. Glad I was able to grab some to HODL.

Most AI tokens pump on hype, but few last. Good plays are short/mid-term momentum with fast profit taking. For long-term, only stick to projects with real use cases (infra, data, partnerships), not just AI buzzwords.
Good one. GATA has good features and a good team. Its listing on Bitget and other exchanges makes it an even better choice. But I will be observing it in the meantime.

Can you recommend any AI stocks? GATA post-listing performance on Bitget has not been bad either; you can check it out, and maybe try the CandyBomb event for the token.

For now, I’m trying to invest a maximum of $300 in each good project. Later, I’ll check and calculate the profit (if there’s any lol).

Don't gamble on altcoins, its just the KOLs who are using you as exit liquidity

no altseason yet

Tbh, I doubt we will ever see an alt season again like early days
Same thoughts like right now there are more than 100 coins with $1B+ value so very hard for newcomers to even break into top100 projects.

The issue is the dilution in the micro cap coins that are sucking in all the volume, people tend to prefer jumping into coins/tokens that have a chance of doing x100 (with a huge risk of -99%) than putting their money in ETH which could barely do another 2x from here. Its a gamblers mentality.
