dmca ignored vps.. try buyvm (luxembourg), the-online.com (netherlands), shinjiru (malaysia) or some romanian/bulgarian dc.

too costly. just 5 GB space for 30 euros!
also for vps port is just 100 Mbps not even 1Gbps for Moldova.

Just to clarify your point.
That package you mention IS NOT OFFSHORE.
If you want more Storage and requirement to be Shared Hosting, you should go with LiteSpeed Hosting Packages or VPS.
Or even Dedicated Servers.

The package you mention is not offshore and the plans are for starter websites, new websites.
