Impressive results! Going from <500 to 50K+ organic visitors in just 14 months is huge — especially surviving multiple core updates.
Curious to hear more about your bargaining & final acquisition process — do you rely more on relationship-building or purely on data-driven outreach? Also, how do you handle link velocity to keep things natural?

Pretty straight forward .

One approach is creating an ecosystem that support that . Like streamlining your linking building approach into departments rather than working with generic worksheets

This is a fantastic and incredibly detailed guide. Thank you for sharing such an actionable process with the community; it's much more strategic than just working from a static list.

I'm looking forward to the next part on "Data cleanup," and I have a quick question about that phase.

Once you have that large, compiled list of competitor domains (the 556 in your example), what is the very first negative metric or "red flag" you look for? Is there an initial check you do that allows you to immediately disqualify a large number of sites from the outreach list before you even begin the more detailed manual review?

Just trying to better understand your filtering mindset. Thanks again for the great share!

By looking through the internal pages, you can see that it has already been posted.

Yeah, the authority of these domains could have you quickly grasping the situation. The DR is one prioritized metric we are looking at.

I'm working on new updates, this would tremendously change the way you build links that drives result.

I have been working in SEO for a year and now I am working in a B2B company. However, I used to focus on information blogs, but now my boss wants me to focus on B2B blogs. I don’t agree with this because it will reduce traffic and I will have to start building external links. I think this is a huge challenge. Do you have any suggestions?

Solid guide! Love the competitor focused approach definitely more sustainable than random link building.

Impressive results! Building long-lasting backlinks that survive Google updates is definitely the key to sustainable SEO growth.

Over the years I've learnt that staying long in business should be learning towards b2b. I reckon that's his reason for having to approach it that way.

What industry are you working on ?

Thank you for helping, need to follow this instructions for my business..

Backlinks are still the backbone of SEO — but not all links are built to last.
With every Google update, low-quality PBNs, spammy guest posts, and AI-generated content farms are losing power fast

Do give a shout if you need a hand with anything,

While I tend to disagree with AI generated content losing their power, there are much better ways to get them optimized.
Example using the "research option" on chatGPT would tremendously change the way search crawl your article. Most often comes as human written article when audited with tools like quillbot AI detector.

You can further improve the article by generating custom images that doesn't look AI'ish . This approach would work best for websites with focus on GUIDE/ STEP by STEP articles.

I can share you some examples via DM if that seems of interest to you.
