How to create these posts on Facebook?

In recent days, I’ve noticed some pages sharing posts in their feed that basically consist of phrases over a background image, with the name “META AI” in the bottom right corner. But how is this possible? Keep in mind, it’s not an IMAGE WITH TEXT, but rather text that is clickable (meaning selectable) over a background.

You can easily create these posts on Canva by choosing a template, adding your text and images, and then saving it to post on Facebook.

Try using Facebook's background color feature when creating a post. Tap 'What's on your mind?' and select the background color option on the app, or click the color palette icon on the web version

That’s likely Facebook’s new AI-generated post format. Instead of uploading a flat image, the text is rendered as HTML/CSS over a background, which keeps it selectable and clickable. It’s similar to how link previews work generated directly by Meta’s AI tools rather than as an actual image file.

Just choose on Facebook background then you can type your caption or text you want to post it. It's easy to use you can find it on your profile then post

canva or photoshop or basically any editing app?

Go to messenger and create image there, then download your image will have logo ''Meta AI"
I have done the same thing and it worked fine.

The posts you see may have been created using tools or platforms that use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing text to be placed on top of an image as a separate, selectable, clickable layer. Certainly Meta or third-party tools have provided tools to help create this type of content, and Meta AI may be the software or related technology that creates it automatically.

Marketplace restrictions are often automated and difficult to reverse. You can check the Support Inbox for any review option, and keep your account active with normal usage. Sometimes access returns after a cooldown period.

I tried generating an image using Meta AI in Messenger, and it does show the logo in the bottom corner. But when I download and repost it, the text is no longer selectable. Is there a way to keep the selectable text format?

I get what you mean — you’re talking about Facebook posts that look like a photo with text, but the text is actually not a photo but HTML/SVG text that is displayed over the background, so it can still be highlighted, selected, copied, and linked.

Specifically, the “META AI” case in the lower right corner is usually a type of post created by Meta’s internal tool (currently Meta AI is testing on News Feed and Pages) or special Instant Experiences / Creative Formats

Recently, Meta has also been testing AI-assisted features that let you generate background designs while keeping the text selectable. You should be able to find it when creating a post from your page or profile, depending on your account’s access to the feature.
