I have a facebook profile that I have a business portfolio to manage my ads. I was the only one in that business portfolio. Now I cannot access the ads that are currently running and I cannot stop them. Should I just get a new credit card and disable the current credit card that was attached to that business portfolio or is there a way to fix this?

I recommend that you do not just block the credit card because it will easily generate debt and affect the payment history.
The best solution is to work directly with Facebook to regain access or transfer the campaign to another account/BM with high trust to continue running safely.

Facebook will stop the ads if payment is not going through. I cannot work with them because there is literally no option to contact them unless they assigned you a manager in which you have to have spent a specific amount of money on ads.

Cannot appeal already. Because it was permanently disabled after I appealed. I don't know why it got disabled. I appealed and they asked for a face verification and it got permanently disabled after the face verification.

I have no idea what the issue was. I was just running ads normally. Even my ad accounts/business manager has no rejected ads or issues. My profile was just disabled for no reason.

by another blue verified account contact to support team by chat...yes there is chat for blue verified account holders and tell my personal account (username) is disabled pls take a look and the account will be back with in 2 3 days...Tested 3 days ago and brought back 10 plus accounts this month

I’m a bit confused about you being the only one in the BM, because the notification clearly says the request was sent to another admin and needs their confirmation. Are you sure there isn’t some mistake?

Have you tried contacting Meta support, they will give you the best solutions to restore or lock that account

You should not disable your credit card to stop advertising because doing so can cause your FB account to be permanently locked, you should solve the problem of a disabled account by fixing it, not handling it like that.

If your profile tied to a Business Portfolio is disabled, unfortunately you won’t be able to directly manage or stop the ads.
