I wanted to ask - have you had any experience with the Palladium cloaker, or any thoughts on it?
At the moment, I have a fresh Google Ads account (US geo) and I’m running it through US mobile proxies. The plan is to target campaign a couple of Tier 3 countries.
For now, I’m going to warm up the account by running ads only to a white page with a small daily budget ($5–10), and in the meantime prepare the cloaker setup. Once the warm-up is done, I’m planning to duplicate the whitehat campaign - keeping it live with the same small budget - and use the cloned version to add the cloaker, insert a few targeted keywords, and finally plug in the offer.
Do you think this is a reasonable tactic? Or am I missing something important? I'd really appreciate any tips or things to watch out for.

Honestly never heard about Palladium, looks like another Russian cloaker. Usually they are good, but best thing to do is to try it yourself, I would never base my opinions on a cloaker on other peoples thoughs
Just a quick detail, mobile proxies are often expensive, I personally use residential, it works as good as mobile for Google.

Any tips on how to create a secure Google Ads account so it doesn't get suspended? Are there any tips or tricks?
I've created numerous accounts, but always get suspended 1, 2, or 3 days later due to circumventing or multiple accounts.
What should I consider?
I've tried using old Gmail and new Gmail too. I've used a Dophin browser with residential proxies, but still suspended.
The account was safe once I verified the company. But 1/2/3 days later the account was paused and I had to re-verify. After successful re-verification, the account was suspended again

You're probably creating them under proxies, under phone verifications, etc. Best way if you don't want to stress it out, just find a reliable Gmails seller.
Read right now you're using residential proxies, for creating the account use your own IP Address, and if the phone verification comes by, forget it. Gmails verified by Virtual phones will get blocked, and even with real phones, it bugs a lot. When I was doing on a small scale for my self, it only worked out creating the gmail without proxies and clicking on "skip" on phone verification.
Old and new gmails doesn't matter for Gads also.
Make sure you use residential proxies from reliable provider, and randomize fingerprint on Dolphin. Also make a test on AdsPower. Check if your DNS is not leaking.
For some of your questions, you'll need to do the research yourself, because answering them would be competing against ourselves. You can just buy Google Ads accounts, and that will solve most of the problem.

Yes, that's right. I don't bother about that since I buy my accounts right now, but for everyone starting there should be no issue at all. Also most providers don't do the same way I made them when I was starting off. But you're right on the end of the day

I have a question how do you get traffic without limited eligible status if you want to get traffic for casino kw your ads must be limited eligible otherwise, your kw will not get traffic due to restricted products? so you say first open pizza website then add casino related kws but your ad is still eligible, not limited?

I've got this limited error sometimes. Check what GEO you are advertising and what GEO your ad account is. Sometimes it makes the difference.
