1. Content Policy Violations
Common Errors Description
Prohibited products/services Gambling, tobacco, illegal substances, weapons, adult content, counterfeit goods, crypto are not allowed
Misleading or sensational medical information Before/after weight loss photos, promises of cures, photos of internal organs, unverified medical descriptions
Sensitive politics, social issues Content related to elections, politics, protests... without transparent identity declaration
Over-personalization Text like: “Are you 25 years old, living in Hanoi and single?” considered a privacy violation
Shocking or offensive images Images of blood, exposed flesh, images that are threatening, scary, or depressing

⚠️ 2. Technical errors & account factors
Common errors Description
Invalid landing page Website fails to load, contains malware, is not mobile compatible, or does not match ad content
Lack of access to landing page Link is blocked (e.g. invalid cloaking link, redirecting too deep, or using dangerous shortlinks)
Creative technical errors Image/video size is not correct, image is blurry, contains too much text
New account/low trust score New account or account has not been warmed up enough, Meta is suspicious due to abnormal behavior signals
Exceeding text limit Image contains too much text (more than 20% of frame), reach is reduced or rejected completely

3. User experience violations
Common errors Description
Misleading or enticing Ads promising income "easy", "get rich quick", "sell for free"...
Author interaction Using fake "Play", "Close", "Download" buttons on images or videos
Running ads but no Page or Page with poor reputation Newly created page, no interaction, not verified, previously rated badly
Excessive call to click Using words like: "Click now!", "Buy today!", "If you don't buy, you'll regret it for the rest of your life" (if used incorrectly)

4. Legal and financial errors
Common errors Description
Not declaring correct legal information Example: selling crypto-related products, but no financial service verification
Not displaying terms/services Sales landing page without refund policy, terms of use, contact information
Unusual payment Ad account in debt, payment method rejected, using suspicious card

5. Errors due to AI system misrecognition
Sometimes, Facebook from rejected due to AI misunderstanding the content (for example, a photo of a traditional costume is considered “sensitive”).

In this case, you should click "Request Review" and write a clear description for the support staff to manually review.

✅ Suggested ways to handle rejection
Read carefully the reason for rejection in the "Account Quality" or "Advertising Policy" section.

Edit the creative, headline or landing page to match the policy.

Use a reputable, highly trusted Page to increase the approval rate.

If you are sure there is no mistake → Submit an appeal with an explanatory note in English.

If the content is gray/black, you should use safe cloaking (hidden links, creative, redirects), but it requires high technique and clean domain rotation.

Use Facebook’s policy checker, avoid banned products and get rich quick claims, keep image text under 20% and your landing page clean.
If it’s rejected, fix the issues and request a review.

Solid summary—covers most rejection triggers well. Just to add:

– Always warm up new BMs and Pages slowly with safe content before pushing anything borderline.
– Cloaking works but is risky—Meta’s AI is getting better, so only attempt with advanced setup, clean domains, and proper rotation.
– AI misreads happen often now—even innocent images can trigger flags. Always request a manual review with a clear explanation in English.

If you're running gray/black, treat approval like a skill: clean funnel, smart copy, technical hygiene, and patience.

Common reasons Facebook ads get rejected:

Violating ad policies (e.g., misleading content, restricted products)

Inappropriate or low-quality creatives

Sensitive targeting or wording

Landing page issues (slow load, broken links, policy violations)

Improper use of personal attributes (e.g., “Are you depressed?”)

Always review Facebook’s Ad Policies before launching.

Bro, Meta is so crazy you will also encounter abnormalities and get banned immediately

It depends on many factors and the time of advertising. When FB loosens up, GH BH ads only need to have a cloak, the running rate will be much higher. Of course, most of them run BH, but when there are tightening updates, it is certain that launching BH ads at this time will be immediately banned. So you need to monitor the market and FB's updated policies when you run BH ads.

To advertise with infringing products first you need to choose strong accounts then you need to use additional cloaking links to set up campaigns and constantly change domains to avoid being scanned

"cloaking" are you using it for BH campaigns?

Great summary , this covers almost every reason I’ve seen accounts rejected. One small addition: in some GEOs (especially Asia), even mild language or emojis can trigger rejection if flagged by AI heuristics. Always worth A/B testing creatives with slightly toned-down text/images.

In 2025 meta uses advanced AI filters, so even small violations can trigger instant disapproval or worse, account restrictions.

is it easy to use? do you have any video tutorial on how to use it?
not easy
they doesn't have tutorial for cloaking

They position themselves as a tracker, but I use it as a cloak
