Hello BlackHatWorld Community,
Not the best way to start my second thread, but I want to inform everyone that the user @GGAds on this forum has been involved in some highly questionable business practices.
I met this person over a week ago. I initially joined BHW hoping to learn about cloaking, but after purchasing a guide and receiving terrible support (despite support being part of the package), I decided to look for an agency instead.
That’s when I found "CloakOps". He was promoted in a banner on the GGAds account and claimed to offer full cloaking + campaign management; which seemed like the perfect fit for my situation. I DM’d him, asked for proof of his service, and sent the $300 one time fee.
Later, I sent him an additional $400 because I wanted to start small. He then claimed his VCC had a minimum limit, so I rounded it up to $1,000. Days went by. Since my developer was slow setting up my other site, CloakOps suggested I get into casino niche and buy one of his templates. I agreed and sent him $600 for the template plus $150 for setup.
I sent somewhere between $1,000–$2,000 initially for the campaign (I don’t remember the exact amount), and eventually brought the total up to $5,000 because he said the ROAS was high and there was no point in going small.
And that’s when the real problems began.
The "VPS" allegedly couldn't run his "system". I’d ask him basic, logical questions about the setup; for example, “How are you going to credit cryptocurrency? Don’t we need an API to track each chain?” He’d respond with things like, “It’s included in the template, no worries”. Another time I asked about handling phone verification since the template had it but we didn’t have an API; he just replied, “I removed it”. (I ignored the fact that would’ve required significant changes to the site).
Over the course of a week, he stalled constantly. He sent support screenshots from Hostwinds claiming they don’t work on weekends; I fact checked this, and it’s not true. Eventually, he suggested switching to TikTok campaigns because they "don’t require a VPS". I sent him another $2,000 just to get things moving.
Then he told me TikTok required a minimum of $3.5k due to the quality of his ad account and that TikTok blocked him from topping up less. I knew that wasn’t true, but in the moment, I sent him another $1.5k just to get it over with.
Now, he's ghosting me and no longer responding to my DMs.
Am I an idiot?
Yes... I fell for basic manipulation tactics, the same kind I’ve used myself in the past.
Do I expect a refund?
Not really. It would be nice, but I highly doubt it. This is how forum scammers operate.
Did I learn something?
Absolutely. Next time I’ll start small and only scale up after seeing real results.
If the story doesn't exactly match the chatlogs, I apologize; I didn’t keep perfect track, and my memory isn’t great.
This thread is just a warning to the community. I hope CloakOps is held accountable for scamming, since his BHW account is “detrimental to his business”.
And no, I do not want to run the campaigns anymore. CloakOps, if you see this, just refund me.
Chatlogs (exported using Telegram’s official tool; contains lots of messages, including normal convos + media): https://files.catbox.moe/offaq7.zip
This is the user, he advertises his service on the banner. Timestamps of the account coming online; offline match his routines on telegram.
Proof that the transaction started. (can provide TXIDs if needed for everything)
I tried to be reasonable for over a week. Reading the chatlogs I uploaded on catbox (zip containing EVERYTHING will prove it. He's also currently active on the website. And since he's based in Europe there's no way he's still sleeping lol)
User failed to deliver the services, it being AD campaigns with management + website template.
I need a refund of 8K USD, because I am not sure if he actually used 1k to buy the template. Refund me everything if you can, obviously.
Here's solid evidence it started due to BHW though.
The first thing I had asked to him was if that was his BHW, and he obviously said yes.
The timestamps of when he comes on and off match and the banner is still there.

Hey, I don't have that as I just conversated with him starting from the banner. Please provide that chat link so we can see everything.
Also, please share an image, if it is not in your chat link, proof that the event began on the forum:
- Proof that the transaction began on BHW: (Submit a link to a post or conversation showing that this issue began on BHW. A link to the sales thread is not sufficient)
