Any contract value is possible through our platform. The transaction count you see on agents.zen.land only reflects contracts handled by our community-specific escrow agents. This doesn't include transactions processed through our default Zenland escrow agent, which is automatically assigned when no custom agent is selected.

Regarding the transaction ID and blockchain explorer URL - while our contracts are fully anonymous, we cannot provide contract deployment addresses or transaction details unless the user themselves shares this information. This is part of our privacy-first approach.

How to verify the claim that the transaction happen that the user with 4 posts stated above?

Is this generally possible? Contract are anonymous - right - but aren't they visible on your blockchain, so we can verify it happen? Isn't that the idea behind 'crypto'?

any vouch from reputable users?
Looking for a trustworthy & fast escrow service

We received written permission from the contract party, allowing us to share the contract address deployed for the escrow transaction with the user mentioned six posts above - contract. If you visit the Contract tab in the link we provided earlier and check the buyer and seller accounts on BSC chain, you’ll see that the users continues to utilize the service.

Interestingly, we’ve observed a trend where even users who have successfully traded before continue using escrow contracts for subsequent deals. This demonstrates how smart contracts offer valuable security and transparency, even in trusted relationships.

Ok, I'm taking one for the community, I'm going to setup an account and use your service. It is impossible to find any reliable info. for noobs to find a crypto escrow that works. I'll post my experiences back here when I'm done.

So only wallet option is using MetaMask to login. Seller must also login. Sent message to support, no answer in 24 hours.

I am convinced this seller is a scam account. there is a thread on here stating that accounts from 2013 are now resurfacing and telling people they are selling AWS credit account. Someone called @blackdaddy scammed me and others of $1000 just late last week..check for the name in dispute.. another called MikeWhilmer also tried to scam. They are now banned.

For some weird reason, they are now finding my account and asking me to buy AWS via DMs.. I am guessing the same group of people.

They will give you various ways to pay.. like flashing an account and asking that you pay upfront after verifying and then you can change the 2FA..this one here is asking for escrow payment.. BULLSHIT

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've taken my lose.

Hello @Bsek00 ,

It looks like the page was closed before the transaction was fully mined, or the transaction was sped up. In such cases, the contract may need to be manually synced with the blockchain.

You can do this by clicking the “Sync” button located in the top-right corner of the contract page. Here’s a quick guide: https://docs.zen.land/contract-actions/sync

I’ve checked, and your 300 USDC has successfully reached the escrow contract. The contract is currently active; it just needs to be synced to reflect the latest state.

Also, we’re currently working on Zenland v2, which will offer a much more seamless and intuitive experience, minimizing the need for manual syncing.

Hello @MinksB ,

I’m really sorry to hear about the experience you had. Unfortunately, there are bad actors who misuse various platforms, which is why we always recommend setting a longer buyer protection time—this way you have enough time to verify the delivery before releasing the payment.

Please note that we have no affiliation with AWS credit account sellers. They may have used our service as an escrow tool, but we only provide the smart contract infrastructure for secure transactions. We are in no way connected to their business or group.

If you come across any suspicious activity, please report it immediately so we can take the appropriate steps.

I’ve sent you a DM. It looks like you accidentally sent 305 USDC instead of the intended 300 USD to the escrow contract. We can’t manually adjust the funds on our side, but you can easily fix this from your end.

Dear BlackHatWorld Community,

For the past four years, Zenland has proudly served as one of the most trusted smart contract escrow solutions in Web3. During this time, our users have created over 572 escrow contracts, processing more than $100,000 in total transaction volume.

To focus on long-term growth and the next stage of our mission, we are pausing Zenland's current operations to prepare for a transition into a fully decentralized DAO.

Over the past year, we've been building the foundations of this new chapter through three connected projects:

  • CreateDAO — deploy your own DAOs in minutes.
  • DAO.cafe — manage your DAOs with proposals, voting, and governance tools.
  • NYKNYC.app — a user-friendly Web2 interface built for ERC-4337 smart wallets.

All of these applications are now live — and together, they form the backbone of Zenland v2.

What's coming next

  • Sponsored escrow smart contract deployments via NYKNYC.
  • Trustless registration for escrow agents.
  • Factory Contract deployed across 15+ EVM chains.
  • DAO-governed case resolutions.
  • …and much more.

Until Zenland v2 launches

app.zen.land will remain online and operational.

Support and agent availability will be limited during this transition.

If you encounter a bug, dispute, or need to add funds to your Zenland wallet to continue using the platform, please reach out to me directly:

From now until the release of Zenland v2, the current Zenland platform will be free to use for all users who do not add custom agents.

Our current Zenland agents will have a front-row seat in the next launch and will be generously rewarded for their early contributions and trust.

Thank you for being part of Zenland's journey. Your support and belief in decentralized trust made everything possible.

We'll be back soon — stronger, more transparent, and truly decentralized.

Zenland ❤️
