AI is the Swiss army knife in current generation. I've used AI to write blog posts, create novels, code mobile apps, design graphics, process data, and develop websites.

Critical thinking, creative thinking and curiosity by far. Not that I have a ton of them, but I try to use what I have. The rest is just finding a way to implement ideas and solve problems where technical skills and tools come into play as well. But tools come and go, experience and knowledge usually translate to new tools as well if you have a bit of time to invest in learning.

Besides that, even online, one always tends to need interpersonal skills and a dash of "likability" if you will.

AI, no doubt. But it also depends on your ability to invest in what you're doing.
