Help with TrafficShield for Google Ads

Lately, I’ve been having a lot of issues with account bans on Google. Before Google’s latest update, which made things much stricter, I was using The White Rabbit (TWR) cloaker, and it was working well. But after the update, it completely stopped being effective.

Over the past few days, I’ve been doing some research here on the forum and saw that many people are recommending TrafficShield as a cloaker for Google Ads. I subscribed yesterday but I’m having a really hard time setting it up.

Honestly, I don’t know what filters to use, what I should block, or which filtering options are best. I’m also confused about the conditions, what to enable, whether I need to activate parameters like GCLID or site settings.

It’s all been really difficult and confusing. If anyone could help explain how to properly configure TrafficShield for Google Ads, I’d really appreciate it.

right now i just blocked datacenter IPs & added time on page filter (like block under 3 secs) but not sure if it's enough.
some say to only allow chrome user agents too, but what if real ppl use safari or firefox??

if anyone has a working setup plz drop some tips.

Bro, I have the same doubts as you, really the TrafficShield configuration is very confusing, because there is no video tutorial and no instruction on the official website

Enable GCLID filtering and JS fingerprint checks to filter real clicks.

I don't know how to do it manually

Just keep bot filters on, block data centers, and enable GCLID. Use basic rules like referrer = google, JS enabled, normal screen size.
It's not the best cloaker tho. And what sort of issue are you having to set it up manually ? Can you send a screen maybe?

I feel you. Switched from TWR too and TrafficShield has way more settings than expected.Still trying to figure out which filters actually matter for GAds cloaking without overkilling legit traffic.

Isn't trafficshield the best? I saw many people recommending, in your opinion, what is the best effective cloaker for Google ADS in 2025 after all Google updates?

You should reach out to Trafficshield support, they are very helpful and responsive. They helped me a lot when i was a beginner in this. I am sure you'll get your solution there.

Yeah, after Google’s update, most basic cloakers got wrecked TWR included.

I’ve used TrafficShield too —setup can be tricky at first.


Filters to enable:
Block Google IP ranges
Block bots, crawlers, and datacenters
Enable UA filtering + JS challenges
Turn on GCLID filtering (important for Google traffic)

Make sure:

Real LP and offer LP are hosted separately
Use auto-updated IP lists (TS has this built-in)
Test with clean browser + mobile IPs

Once dialed in, TS works well but config is key. If you’re still stuck, DM me and I’ll walk you through my setup.

You're definitely not alone! I’ve also seen a lot of people switching to TrafficShield, but yeah, the setup can be overwhelming at first. Hopefully someone drops a solid guide or walkthrough soon.

Just enable the referrer filter in TrafficShield and whitelist googleads.g.doubleclick.net and googleadservices.com. Then set one rule, if the referrer matches, show your real page, otherwise show the safe page. Test in incognito. Now only real Google ad clicks reach your site.

Does Trafficshield have any checks via JS? I couldn't find any.
