We’ve rolled out several upgrades to improve proxy management, refresh reliability, and overall usability. Here’s what’s new:
1) Unlimited Proxy Refreshes!
Refresh your proxies anytime you want — limited to one refresh per account every 2 minutes to keep things running smoothly.
2) Full Proxy Recovery Now Possible
If you loose your proxies by missing a payment or any other reason, we can now recover them most of the time. We only need your old list.
3) “Missing Proxy Slots” + One-Click Replacement
If your plan includes more proxies than are currently assigned, you’ll now see blank placeholder rows in the proxy table. You can select one or more empty slots and click Refresh Selected Proxies to automatically assign new proxies into those slots.
4) Purchase Bandwidth Upgrades
You can now upgrade your bandwidth to 20 Mbps or 100 Mbps with affordable monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual billing options.
5) Clear Status Messaging for Assigned Proxies + Refreshable Proxies
We improved the status indicators above the proxy table so you can quickly understand:
6) Row Highlighting for Easier Selection
Selecting proxies is now more user-friendly with a row highlight effect when checkboxes are checked, making it easier to see which proxies you’ve selected before submitting a refresh.

BEWARE. I bought some proxies to try them out and they didn't work. I requested a refund (within 5 minutes) and they told me they would open a support ticket. They closed my account without issuing a refund and automatically deleted my user account without warning. If you don't want to be scammed, don't buy them.

Calm down, your account was closed due to an error and there was no refund request from anyone in the last days, a cancel request is not the same as a refund request and our site clearly shows that in red text.
Your account should be accessible now again or you can email [email protected] directly with the email that was used on the account and we'll take care of it.
You coming on BHW and saying that a 10+ year old business might scam you and that you should beware without reaching out first is very unintelligent, inconsiderate and direspectful.
