Has anyone else tried this new way to increase Ahref traffic Artificially? Not exactly artificial but I'd say it's more of a sub-organic way.

It's Crazy! And it's very Logical.

It's more like increasing your brand search volume, so they keyword "your brand keyword" is searches by thousands of users every day (yes, high volume is required) for a month and this data shown on search console then feeds into Google Keyword Planner which further goes to Ahref and other keyword tools.

This is crazy. I'm getting good results.

to appear in ahref or SEMrush or other seo tool

I tried something similar but it didn't work. I chose 2 of my websites, set CTR manipulation for branded searches and then added those sites as projects to ahrefs with authentification via search console so it hopefully starts showing that traffic but NO. It doesn't do anything. So how can it be done?

remove it from ahref projects right away, don't connnect ahref with your website in any way. and CTR manipulation is not easy, what we are doing is increasing traffic volume of a keyword, if you think CTR manipulation will give you higher rank, then it won't happen like that. I am still testing it and one thing i can tell you is... it's complex

basically trying to fake interest in a keyword so it looks more valuable in tools like ahrefs. While it might make metrics look good on paper it doesn’t lead to real traffic or rankings unless the searches are legit. It can also get expensive to maintain and might raise flags if it looks suspicious. If it part of a bigger branding play fine just don’t build your whole strategy around it

Yes, you need multiple devices and multiple IPs to make ti look natural, it's a costly setup but it's worth it. I am working along with few friends to reduce the overall cost and mutually benefit each other.

NO but this will increase traffic in SEMrush. for AS it can take time in SEMrush but it's doable
