Third point is wild. You must rank fornthe top 10 within a month, else you'll be in the remaining 60%.

Of that 40%, bulk of them are pages on established sites. Sites that have established authority in their niches.

Only 1.74% new sites in top 10. That’s a long game to have to play

It could also mean, that only 1.74% of new pages are created by webmasters willing to spend enough money into backlinks.
