Yes, Compromised Site is definitely something wrong with the website. Usually the problem is not the website being duplicated it self, but the template being the same.
Are you a developer yourself, building each whitepage by yourself?
Google analyzes your websites from head to toe, and if there is any similarities between your site and other guy that used the same template it will take it down.
The best option, if you're not a developer, or in my case, which I don't have time to do it, because it would kill the scalability, I would recommend you hiring a freelancer (pick with caution because of the themes thing) or either try to find someone that already knows about whitepages and how google works for that matter.
I can recommend you the developer I'm working with if you need for that case

I'm not a developer but I did try to created few sites by my own with help of GPT. also my Developer created unique template with new structure.
so I can't understand how all of my sites getting the same policy.

Yes. That depends if the user is on the white or black campaign, but for black when I have issues, always switch between cloakers.

No, I'm not thinking of selling my services here on the forum. As I mentioned in my initial post, I'm already pretty swamped managing my own campaigns and a few existing clients. My schedule is honestly packed. So, no plans for a BST for ad management services from me unfortunately.

Right now I'm using most of the time Hoax.Tech, and in some GEO's Cloakerly.
That type of bans will always happen, sometimes sooner, sometimes later.
Some day it will get flagged, that's why we need to get accounts ready to burn

I'm not sure what you mean by this, but you can try rate limiting visiting your blackpage to 2-3 visits per IP address for example

My best tip is to try connecting with people here on the forum, look for partners here, and make google searches. Always analyze the managers, and try to see if they're reputable/trustable.
Once you start having results, more offers will come to you in no time

I don't promote Nutra nowadays, and honestly just made some quick tests. It has potential, but nothing compared to casino affiliation.
But, answering directly your question, depends on the nutra product. I think you're not selling some pills in the usa that are allowed and certificated, are you? That already answers one part of the question.
If we're talking about anything that does changes to human body, in terms of potential etc etc, it's of course grey and sometimes black.
JCI is a great cloaker. Every cloaker that doesn't have a free trial usually is pretty decent.
Cloaking is not dead, but we're getting closer and closer.
As for example Google innovates, cloaker innovates, I'm just not sure how we will deal with it in next years with AI setups. Let's see what happens

If I we're you I would research the topic very well, and see some study cases of people on this niche.
I believe even if it is from clickbank you should need to have your own page, direct link for clickbank product shouldn't work, also making exciting claims like lose 30 pounds in 7 days guaranteed would of course get your ad banned.

But, if you want to, it is possible doing blackhat with those types of titles, it's just more harder, and probably not profitable depending on your profit margin.

When I tested this products, I have gone with a product that helped on joints and circulation, runned some ads on Google and nothing happened, ad went well actually, but when I scaled it the profit started to burn. Maybe I just didn't workout my mind to do that products ahaha

But well, do a bit of research and see what people are doing, that way you'll figure out what to do as well
