Hi guys,

I’ve been having some serious trouble recently. My trouble is mainly about processing payments and I would be really grateful for any advice. Mainly deal with replica apparel, so it’s been a complete nightmare. Was fine until Stripe and PayPal shut me down. Tried some alternatives but nothing I could trust completely. Has anyone here recently found a processor or gateway?? Or perhaps anyone facing the same issues at the moment?

Thanks in advance !!

After testing a bunch of sketchy processors that either ghosted or collapsed under chargebacks, I finally settled on an offshore setup. No crypto required, and they actually let me scale without needing to cloak or restart every few weeks.

yep, facing the same issues. Most mainstream processors won’t touch replica stuff. crypto’s been the safest bet so far ,still searching for a more reliable long-term option.

You will need to keep using temporary PayPal and Stripe accounts. Buy stealth accounts, when they get banned, you buy more. That's what most people in this industry are doing.

Hey there,

I’ve been wrestling with this for the last 15 years, pretty much ever since I jumped into the IM world, and I couldn’t even begin to guess how much money I’ve lost along the way. Honestly, sometimes I think I’d have made more as a taxi driver back then, but the lure of “easy” online money kept me going. Spoiler alert: that finance revolution I dreamed of never happened. Still, I’m okay with where I am now, and my outlook has definitely shifted over the years.

Anyway, I’ve tried tons of workarounds for payment-processing headaches, so here’s what I’ve learned, you might find something useful:

Embrace crypto.
I know, it’s not a traditional payment processor, and some customers might hesitate. But trust me, for sellers it’s hands-down the easiest route. No more sweating over frozen or shut-down Stripe or PayPal accounts. (Seriously, I’ve got over €4K stuck in Stripe right now! )

Set up a UK/US LTD.
Using a formation service (like 1stChoice Formations, around $100), you can get a UK business bank account (via Wise) and a connected Stripe account. It’s pretty legit, but remember: you’re trusting a third party, so there’s still some risk they could freeze your funds.

Use a local PayPal service provider.
If you're selling mostly to North America, PayPal is king. In many countries there are companies that’ll set up and verify a PayPal account for you, plus give tips on how to keep it safe and running smoothly.

That’s my two cents! Any questions, just shout, I’m happy to help.

Could you share a lil more about this offshore setup you've got going on ?

Thanks for sharing! I do operate in a pretty grey area (not just reps actually) so my solution would have to be somewhere that caters towards high risk businesses. Crypto is always a good shout but you're right, customers do hesitate. A lot of scams out there these days. And they're getting cleverer about it too!

You should look into cloaking. You may want to search for Stripe/PayPal cloaking or other payment merchants. Nowadays, almost no merchant will accept replica products.

Try getting a high-risk payment processor since you are dealing with replicas and its considered a high-risk business. Try Payblis, Soar, Easy Pay Direct, Staxx and the rest

I can't message you directly and i think posting links on this reply might lead to a warning on my account just do a web search of each of the companies I have mentioned to on the reply I made.

You're dealing with a classic high-risk niche, and unfortunately most mainstream processors like Stripe and PayPal won’t support replica goods. Here are a few safer, more compliant options to explore:

  1. High-risk specialist processors
Companies like Durango Merchant Services, PaymentCloud, or Soar Payments work with high-risk merchants. They’re more tolerant, but charge higher fees, longer processing times, and often require formal business setup and reserves.
  2. Crypto payment gateway
Accepting cryptocurrencies (via Coinbase Commerce, CoinGate, etc.) can bypass traditional banking. It's less regulated, but requires some technical setup and may deter customers who aren’t crypto-savvy.
  3. Manual bank wire or escrow services
This option minimizes payment processing risk but slows down sales and introduces trust concerns between you and your customers.
Important warning:
Replica goods may violate trademarks or copyright laws. Even if a processor approves you, selling counterfeit items still carries legal risks—including potential seizure of funds or legal action against your business.

If continuing long-term, the best move is to transition toward legitimate products. That will make it much easier to scale, find reliable payment solutions, and avoid compliance headaches down the road.

If you're still focused on this, a hybrid approach can work: use a high-risk processor for volume, but offer crypto or manual payment options for peace of mind. Let me know if you want help comparing providers or setting up.

You can try switching to a different payment processor or using a VPN if your current provider has regional restrictions.

Hi I would say only combination of good accounts + cloaking + expertise of supplier can guarantee you more or less stable work with payment gateways
I have worked once with one with expertise in replica industry and they closed my issues very quickly
