I am about to buy a blog website but am not sure about the pricing, I have an offer of $1000. Is it correct worth?

1- Domain is 5 years old with many backlinks, but Whois shows 3 months old so I guess it is expired domain. Your comment?
2- The website has monthly traffic of ~9k based on WebSimilar and Google Analytics. 20% traffic is from Mobile, and 80% is from Desktop. Google traffic is 10%, 30% is from Bing, 50% is from social media like Twitter/Facebook/Telegram, and 10% is direct traffic. Your comment?
3- The website has 50 posts indexed in Google, while the website has about 150 posts, and 100 still need to be indexed. It has about 200 backlinks, and DA is 10, and a spam score is 3%. Your comment?
4- The asking price is $1000. Your comment?
5- The website is not Adsense-approved yet, so what is its price with Adsense and without Adsense?
6- What else is important to check?
