I do not know which login you have, but I will assume that the one with 2 LTC transactions in a row. As far as I can see, you sent the wrong amount for the second transaction.
I toped up your balance manualy.

Full SSH root access. After purchase, you will receive a login and password to connect via SSH. Next, you can install any software you want. All ports are open, no firewalls.
Basic functions are available in browser: start, restart, stop, reinstall the OS and change the password.
