Hello there, so I have this Facebook page (Page 01) that is connected to my BM (BM 1), I have another Business Manager (BM2) that I want the Facebook Page to be transferred to. But since my account that manages the BM 1 that holds the Page 01 is restricted, so I can't make any actions, I added a new person as an admin of the page, but it only did in the Facebook, that person still doesn't control the BM 1, how can I get this page to BM 2?

You can only work on Unbanned

Besides you, is there anyone else who is the administrator of BM1, for example the BM provider for you? Try contacting them. Or you can ask the Facebook support team to appeal to see if the account can return to normal operation.

Request to remove page in BM1 first, limited but still have way to remove page from that BM

No, I'm the only admin of BM1 and I don't think I can appeal as the restriction was too long ago and I didn't see it

I can't because removing the page from the BM1 is restricted as pretty much anything else

I contacted support and they want to make an ownership appeal, I'm not sure it's going to work, but let's see it.

Remove Page from BM1 (if possible) – requires highest admin rights
If BM1 is not completely disabled, you can try:

Use another (unrestricted) admin in BM1 to remove Page from BM1.

Once successfully removed, BM2 can send request to add Page.

However, you say that the main account is restricted and the new person added on Facebook is only admin of Page, not admin of BM1 – therefore does NOT have permission in BM1 to remove Page

I think your facebook is only restricted from advertising, you can still go to your personal page and go to the page manager section to delete BM 1 there then add the page to BM 2

I'm restricted from adding/removing new admins as well as removing/adding pages on the BM1.

Yeah, the second account only has admin rights in the page, not in the BM1...

No, it`s fully restricted from doing anything in pretty much any BM

As you are saying, the ways that can be done, I can't do it, so you should appeal and wait to see how the notification is called, then we will have a solution.

I think you restricted from ads manager. I hope go to page and run all of them. First you remove BM1 then you add BM2 otherwise if you try many time repeatedly that's are chance to banned permanently from ads manager.

You need to disconnect your page from BM 1. Only when that is completed can you connect that page to BM 2.

Then share the page to your Facebook profile, that's the simplest way for you to still use the page.

Adding a page admin on Facebook is not enough to manage in Business Manager.
Using the page admin account, go to BM2 → Business Settings → Add Page to claim ownership of the page.
If BM1 has claimed ownership, you need support from Meta or use another account with rights in BM1.

On BM 2, the admin should accept the request for the Page transfer in the Business Settings under Requests.

When BM2 has full control over that pixel, it can share that pixel with any other BM as a partner.

Since your account on BM1 is restricted, the best way is to make the new admin claim the page into BM2 via Business Settings > Accounts > Pages > Add > Add a Page. This works only if BM1 doesn't actively reject the request or still has full control.

Page is managed by BM1, if BM is restricted, so is Page.

Try adding BM 2 as a partner or requesting administrative rights from BM 2 if BM 1 is restricted. If this fails, you may need to restore administrative rights or seek support to remove the restrictions.

If the BM1 is restricted, it's hard to move the page. Even if you add someone as admin on Facebook, they still can’t manage it from BM1.
You can try adding the page to BM2 using “Add a Page,” but it only works if BM1 didn’t fully claim or lock it. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to fix or appeal the BM1 restriction.
Worst case, you might need to create a new page and rebuild it under BM2.

Your Facebook account has been restricted from advertising, so you can still access your personal page and go to the Page Management section to delete BM1, then add the page to BM2. However, be careful – if you perform these actions too many times, you risk being permanently banned from the Ads Manager.
