Access to marketplace without paying? You need Jr vip to launch a marketplace thread. I don't think there's a way around it

Almost 13 years of membership...just 8 posts per year and you'd have been ready to upgrade to Jr VIP.
You have the option to purchase Marketplace Seller membership immediately - available for members who are short on time and don't want to wait to meet the requirements of Jr VIP.
Your options to upgrade can be found on your Account Upgrades page.

Otherwise, there is no "easier way". Selling outside of the marketplace to "post a reply to someone looking for what I have", isn't permitted.
Although we recommend you consider what a customer might be looking for; engagement and trust go a long way.
