One of my SEO clients is an affiliate for a major brand.
He's found a BrandReview.com domain name and wants to buy it.

I 've told him about the potential legal issues doing this but he's pretty locked on moving forward.

What's the best options for purchasing the domain offshore somewhere?
Somewhere, less likely to shut it down quickly.

+1 for Nicenic and Cnobin, both are great for offshore domains.

But I’d take out GoDaddy and Njalla from the list. GoDaddy isn’t made for this kind of use, and Njalla is even worse — they once took down a domain and replied to the owner with: “Yeah you know what you did, F off.” Not the kind of support you want.

Do your own research but I feel really comfortable with Koddos when it comes to offshore hosting. They purchase their domains through namecheap, they are not the main provider for domains. So I don't if that's a dealbreaker for you. You may also want to take a look at Njalla for registering your domains with but I haven't tried their services so far. I just know how their system works and it might do the job for you,

No worries. As for Koddos, I’ve never tried them, but finding offshore hosting isn’t difficult—the forum’s marketplace is full of them. What’s hard is finding a truly bulletproof domain provider, since there are only a few on the market. Also, since you mentioned that Koddos resells Namecheap domains, I’m not sure if that’s a good idea for OP’s needs. I could be wrong though, as I haven’t used Namecheap since 2015.

Use offshore registrars/hosts like Njalla or OrangeWebsite, enable WHOIS privacy, pay with Bitcoin, and pick a bulletproof hosting plan.
