Unless you can run custom javascript code, which i don't think in only fans you can. For that, you normally need a website. Or a third party site that supports embedding the pixel into the account settings.

best way you can do is you can create landing page and add pixels on that page. that way you can track traffic from fb and other sites.

The hard part of doing this is writing a Facebook ad that converts and a sales page that converts. Make sure you keep your target audience in mind when writing your ad and sales copy.

I also run a similar operation to sell adult content using WhatsApp. I'm not sure if it's allowed in any way to direct buyers to an external page outside of OnlyFans. You’ll just need a payment-approved page (a simple static HTML page), and on that page you can install a pixel tracking a Purchase event.

You should make:
Ads > Presell Tracking PageView > Onlyfans Payment Page > External Page From Onlyfans With a Payment Approved Message Tracking Purschase

I use this method to track sells on Meta Ads selling through Whatsapp, see if its possible to do something similar.

Your plan is good, but it will only work if people buy not on Onlyfans site, because OF doesn't share any information and you just can't physically find out any data about the buyer, Email, IP, etc, so there's no way for OF to set a pixel for subscribers only

You didn't get it, you need to think some way to direct the payer customer to a external page that you own and then track it using the Pixel, not inside the OF.

Maybe you could message the paying customer using the chat by sending some 'extra gift content' in a external page, and on that page, you can track the purchase using the pixel.

No friend, OnlyFans doesn't allow adding custom Meta Pixel, so you can't track subscriber events directly.
You’ll need to use a bridge page with Pixel before redirecting to OnlyFans.
