Smmlite not processing my youtube watch time order how I contact them help

It has been 3 days since I ordered 4k hours watch time for a youtube channel from smmlite but the process is pending and their ticket said 5 times we restarted order. How do i contact them on their skype I get no answer. Has anybody got a contact of smmlite please help me.

I contacted them six times on their ticket but sadly I think a bot kept responding back to me saying they restarted the order and it will be completed in 12 hours time period.

There was also a denied Dispute Resolution thread that was not accepted due to lack of evidence but it sure looked bad on their end.

i found https://smmlite.com/ through your forum, but they scammed my money. 172$ I have two orders that are processing for almost 1 month and they refuse to cancel them. I opened many tickets, but their admin only copy pastes the same answer every time without even looking at the order. here is another evidence: https://prnt.sc/p8uv3rA2mv7g I would really appreciate if you can do something to help and stop such bad panels for being promoted in this forum.

Maybe your money is gone. I have a problem with some orders that are not working for almost one month and they refuse to cancel them and they only copy paste the same answers.

They scammed me with 48 dollars and I heard there is a new owner because this used to be a decent service and I think I have been using it since 2017 but I made a huge mistake trusting them recently as I did not knew ownership change. I contacted their skype and even their paypal email address but no response. I even went to some old smm panel owners to ask them for their contact but I failed to find any contact of theirs. Please if someone can help us reach them so they can cancel our orders and refund our money would be really helpful.

That is really bad, I think anyone who tries to shill them here should be banned so that others will not be misled the same as i was. I worked hard to earn this 172$ and now my money is gone.

Can someone please share whatsapp business number of smmlite so people can contact them through that channel; help.
