Hey guys,
I have a little idea, but don't know if it will work due to YouTube being really strict.
So as the title says the plan is to automate the uploading from tiktok videos to YouTube shorts. I want to create multiple YouTube accounts in different niches.
I have already created a program that I can use for that. It interacts with a telegram bot to download videos and edit them automatically with ffmpeg.
The edits are just color grading as well as brightness so far, to prevent YouTube detecting them as reuploads.

Now to the actual questions I have:
1. Can I use VMs with residential proxies to hide that all the uploads are from one physical device?
2. How do I choose niches for my channels? Especially keeping in mind that I don't want to do any manual editing.
3. Any other advice you can give me with my plan? I will gladly appreciate any tips you can give me for my journey.

Thanks a lot, I am looking forward to a nice conversation!

make plan with the most view profile in TikTok uploaded with many videos to download without watermark and make exact on YouTube short

The first trap I would think this could trigger is posting Tiktok content from a person who already uses tiktok & Youtube shorts. Something to look out for.

Your idea sounds pretty good, I suggest that it is better to upload different content to Tiktok and Youtube, make videos on the same topic but that are different in some aspect.

Have you already performed some tests to see if those videos are receiving views and they are not shadowbanned?

Do you think just ffmpeg edit adjusting brightness etc is enough? Have you tested it manually that they are getting views and not shadowbanned or 15k view jail?

Sure thing. I need to check that thoroughly beforehand.

I have not. I'll do that tomorrow morning.

I have a few settings to play with using ffmpeg. Though as said I will test tomorrow and check how it goes.

Does anyone have info on how to warm up new accounts or if it is even needed?

imo youtube does not really need warmup. Ive seen successes with completely fresh ones.
But many people warmup for couple of days just mimicing real behavior, scrolling etc.

But aged channels are pretty cheap so wont hurt just in case getting old ones.

Let me know about your ffmpg test. I have ripped also in past and modded with ffmpg - but never was able to get them go viral just using that.
Hopefully was just bad luck.

You need to make sure you warm up the accounts or else you'll get zero views. Make sure you're making the video unique too

How will I make them appear unique. Is a watermark and slight pixel shifting enough or will it need actual editing?

You can use telegram to make house calls, I thought it was WhatsApp or something

Simple uniqueization will not work on YouTube now, simply rotating the image and changing the brightness does not work anymore. Now video uniqueization is essentially re-editing

Make some tests, I'm not sure if it will work, I'm skeptical about how feasible are those tools for the long term, small edits are not enough in general

So how did your test go with the FFMG uniquization?

1. Yes, VMs and residential proxies can mask uploads to avoid detection.
2. Pick low-competition, trending niches using tools like Google Trends.
3. Ensure unique edits to avoid YouTube flags and diversify content.

What if the original owner of that tiktok video funds out that video on YouTube ?

Looks good but execution is gonna need continuous adjustments. I can imagine this has been done so many times and still is. Then there's vids from YT being used that way on TikTok so it's an ouroboros of cycled content. Could still work though, as I'm sure it does.

Does YouTube actually care that the videos are directly from TikTok? I don't think that violates any of their policies.
