GMC and Gads approval

Hi guys, I have been facing issues with GMC and google ads. I manage to get the GMC approved, but then once I run the ads, I get banned, or I manage to spend 30-40 euros and get instantly banned. I am in search of a professional who knows about either I need to make a new gads account and go through an agency or find out what is the issue.
