Best solution is to get several Stripe, Paypal and Mollie accounts considering your volume and since your company is based in the UK.
Use some software to distribute the payment flow between these gateways and make sure you warm up the accounts so they don't end up getting shut down.

The best solution in general is a PayPal + Stripe STEALTH account with cloaking solution integrated

Agree that stealth account would work. So you can use Stripe or other merchant providers
finding a trusted seller for stealth account is hard most are scammers
